CES 2025 Report: Tweddle Group Debuts AVA, the Future of Automotive Assistance

Tweddle Group at CES 2025

Tweddle Group made a splash at the 2025 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, unveiling AVA (Advanced Vehicle Assistant), a groundbreaking in-vehicle help platform poised to redefine the way drivers interact with their vehicles and transform the OEM-driver relationship.

This was Tweddle Group’s first official CES appearance.

CES 2025: A Global Flashpoint for Innovation

With over 4,500 exhibitors, The Consumer Electronics Show is widely considered one of the most important technology showcases on offer, highlighting next-gen innovation for virtually every consumer-based industry.

Tweddle Group’s AVA CES team–consisting of Mike Flaherty, Rob Wiseman, Claude Vanbeveren, Laura McGowan and Ralph Pompea—compared notes with experts from the most forward-thinking manufacturers on the planet.

The team was joined at CES by iNAGO President Ron DiCarlantonio, who collaborated with Tweddle Group to create AVA’s highly-intelligent AI component.

And they impressed OEMs, tech writers, advisory groups and other Tier 1 suppliers with AVA’s first-ever public demonstrations.

What is AVA?

Tweddle Group first broke ground in the vehicle assistant space with In-Vehicle Help (IVH), a touchscreen application leveraged by Stellantis (then FCA) and other OEMs in the late 2010s.

AVA enhances the original platform’s value in every way, delivering personalized, multimedia support right to the vehicle cockpit. And it lets OEMs deliver important messages in real time—think recall notifications, due-for-service alerts and more—connecting drivers to a wider product service and support community.

What Makes AVA Different?

AVA integrates multiple support features in a unique and powerful way.

If a driver has questions on the road, they simply ask. AVA’s AI-powered chat responds in natural, conversational language. If they need more detail, they can ask follow-up questions or—if parked—browse a deep multimedia touchscreen library including videos and owner manual modules.

Smarter Than Your Average GPT

AVA’s AI draws VIN-specific knowledge from actual product information, making it far less prone to hallucination. In fact, one University study found AVA’s AI model 20% more accurate than GPT-based solutions.

The system understands which features and trim are present on a specific vehicle, and tailors its information accordingly.

And because needs and expectations vary from driver to driver, AVA recognizes who’s driving and responds differently to each—for example, delivering unique custom reply structures for a vehicle owner or their teenaged child.

CES 2025 Success

The CES team’s AVA presentations drew enthusiastic attendance from tech leaders like Amazon AWS Auto, several head unit manufacturers and a range of German, British, Japanese and Korean OEMs. The response was overwhelmingly positive, with many eager to explore partnerships and integrations.

Thanks to the AVA CES Team for making CES 2025 a remarkable success. Stay tuned for more updates as AVA transforms the future of product support.
