Tweddle Group provides a full-service solution for several OEMs regarding the hosting, maintenance and service of respective e-Commerce websites, which are required to provide service information to the aftermarket. These OEM-branded websites provide service professionals and vehicle owners with access to the same information that is available to OEM dealers.

Tweddle is responsible for the information development, management and delivery of all OEM materials and publications for each website, including fulfillment of orders for printed materials and CDs/DVDs shipping directly to customers. The publications Tweddle develops feature product specific articles designed to augment technicians’ training and keep the technicians current on technology advancements. For these deliverables, Tweddle’s services include research, article development, production of original artwork, design and programming.

Each website includes a range of subscription programs to aftermarket information Which is available for purchase in print , online or on CD. Customers can also purchase updated Engine Control Module (ECM) and Transmission Control Module (TCM) programs in addition to software programs designed to support OEM specific or generic scan tool reprogramming.

All financial transactions are executed by Tweddle – from the receipt of payments to the remittance of royalty checks, with detailed financial statements and website metrics captured and reported to the OEMs.
